Fulltime Medical Assistant

Ensures all actions, job performance, personal conduct and communications represent the office in a highly professional manner at all times. Greets patients/visitors with a smile and provides them with appropriate information. Schedules patient appointments appropriately per protocol to manage clinic workflow and keep wait times to a minimum. Calls no show patients within 30 minutes of scheduled time.

Assists with both clerical and clinical tasks including authorizations, PA, FMLAs, Disability forms, when required for medical visits. EKG, Phlebotomy, PFT, vitals.

Preferably experienced in EPIC EMR system, will train. Team player able to work in a fast pace office.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus, has MA certification or experience.
