LOCATION: On-site in Pontiac, MI SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break Ready to make the switch into an office job? This entry-level opportunity is for people who are ready to turn the skills they've built in retail, hospitality, food service, delivery services, warehouse operations or another fast-paced environment into a long-term career. No office experience is required. We'll provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow every step of the way.

What You Will Be Doing Provide professional phone service to clients and internal teams Enter, review and organize loan information and documents within our systems Meet daily quality and production goals What We Need From You Must Have Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable using technology and learning new software Strong communication Attention to detail Positive, learning-focused attitude Nice To Have Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment such as retail, hospitality, food service, delivery services or warehouse operations Previous experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel or Word
