Job Summary The Payroll Call Center Specialist compiles payroll data, entry of data, and reconciliation of errors, prepares payroll reporting data for the payroll analyst to maintain payroll records. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Researchesrequired employee information using available resources. Handles and resolve employee payroll grievances. Ability toidentifyand elevate priority issues. Provides internal customer service by obtaining employee information and guiding towards a resolution. Must have the ability to multi-task. Ability to recognize when follow-up isrequiredwith internalcustomers. Contact business or private individuals by phone. Musthave strong listening skills. May be asked to perform various other clerical tasks. Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. What You Will Need High School Diplomarequired. Minimum of 2 years of phone or customer service-related experience. (Payroll experience preferred)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
