Salary: $65,000–$70,000

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and team performance
• Hire, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and supervisors
• Create a positive, high-energy culture built on accountability and teamwork
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and day-to-day operational execution
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently exceeded
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a hospitality-first mindset
• Help drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Lead from the front by being visible, approachable, and engaged throughout every shift

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• A proven leader who knows how to motivate and develop teams
• Strong operational knowledge, including labor management, food cost, and inventory control
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on management style with a passion for hospitality
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
