Restaurant Manager – Full-Service Casual Dining
Tom's River, NJ
Salary: $65,000–$70,000
Love running a busy restaurant, developing great people, and creating an outstanding guest experience? We're partnering with a successful, high-volume casual dining restaurant in Ocean County that's looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and team performance
- Hire, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and supervisors
- Create a positive, high-energy culture built on accountability and teamwork
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and day-to-day operational execution
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently exceeded
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a hospitality-first mindset
- Help drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Lead from the front by being visible, approachable, and engaged throughout every shift
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- A proven leader who knows how to motivate and develop teams
- Strong operational knowledge, including labor management, food cost, and inventory control
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on management style with a passion for hospitality
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
