Bay Stage Live is looking for a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Production Account Coordinator to join our team!

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands the fast-paced world of live events, and can help clients bring their production needs together — from small-scale events to equipment rentals.

This position is a blend of client relations, account management, and production coordination. You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, put together equipment orders, coordinate rentals, and maintain relationships that keep them coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients needing equipment rentals and smaller-scale event production services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Make outreach calls to connect with potential clients, identify opportunities, and grow our network.
• Work with clients to understand their event needs and recommend appropriate audio, video, lighting, and staging solutions.
• Prepare rental quotes, equipment orders, and small production proposals.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure equipment availability and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage client requests from initial inquiry through event completion.
• Follow up after events to ensure client satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
• Stay organized while managing multiple client accounts, rental requests, and deadlines.

• Industry experience: Familiarity with live event production, audiovisual equipment, and equipment rentals is strongly preferred.
