Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and quality assurance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina permanent Physical Therapist license required (compact license not accepted)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Must meet contract quality assurance credentialing requirements prior to start
• Ability to commit to a full contract duration

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
