Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking an Event Associate to join our team of passionate professionals. Position Summary An Event Associate is a part‑time role with tip opportunities. The primary responsibility is to anticipate guest needs, deliver exceptional service, and help create a fun and energetic atmosphere for all visitors. Key Responsibilities Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner. Set up and break down event spaces in accordance with event contracts, management instructions, and floor diagram. Host entire events, supervise all activities, and ensure guests are pleased with their visit. Maintain proper food and beverage temperature and ensure correct utensils are used. Pay attention to details, focus on guests, and understand event contracts. Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency. Observe, instruct, and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence. Assist with guest recovery and ensure positive guest experiences. Maintain constant working knowledge of the Andretti brand, products, and policies & procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and co‑workers. Be aware and knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures. Perform opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned. Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred. Skills & Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Desire and ability to remain pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday. Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends. Benefits Competitive base pay with tip potential. 401(k) plan with company match. Work in environments with bright, dim, or flashing lights and loud sounds. Use manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.
