What You’ll Do Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous material handling, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area, adhering to company policies: handle claims and returns, zone the area, receive and stock merchandise, set up, clean, and organize product displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, complete required audits and documentation, secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. Follow company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area: comply with food handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, follow cold chain procedures when stocking, clean the area (windows, mirrors, display cases, coolers), monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains and doors, and report issues to Management. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
