Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Provide financial and tax planning advice to clients.
• Oversee bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Assist with process improvements and the implementation of new technologies.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting or tax preparation.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
