Job Details: Shoreside Marine Producer Location: Lynnwood, WA Job ID: SMISS326 Wage Range: $70k – $150k+, including base and uncapped commissions. Compensation may vary based on production and experience. We are looking for an experienced Shoreside Marine Producer to complement our Ocean Marine and Commercial experts and drive new business sales. Shoreside Marine businesses include ship repair and building, shipyards, moorage, storage, cargo, port authorities and much more! These businesses bring unique exposures that contain both commercial and ocean marine exposures. Think like a business owner to use an entrepreneurial mindset to build a scalable sales business plan Develop solid relationships with clients, team and underwriters Innovate for clients using market knowledge and advanced understanding of the industry Champion SMI’s spirit and core values with every client interaction and community connection What YOU Bring 3-5+ years of sales experience in an insurance brokerage with proven track record of sales success with an active Property & Casualty insurance license(s) Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, specifically in shoreside marine Highly motivated, goal oriented, hungry and driven to achieve individual sales goals. Superior communication, negotiation, presentation, organization and listening skills Strong customer focus and follow up skills Growth mindset is a must.
