We are seeking to hire a Mailroom and Member Service worker for our valued client in Madison, WI!

Let's talk about the available ?shift:

1 st Shift Mailroom and Member Service workers work ?Monday – Friday, 7 am - 5 pm

The Pay? for Mailroom workers:

1 st Shift - $18 - $20 (Bilingual ENG - SPA)

Job Duties of the Mailroom and Member Serviced Workers:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Prepare outgoing mail, including labeling, packaging, and ensuring proper postage
Process loans, withdrawals and surrenders of existing policies
Process premium payments to include credit card and online payments
• Field phone calls to answer questions from the member or agent, determine next steps, and prepare necessary paperwork

Qualifications: Experience in the life insurance industry is a plus but is not required. We will train you. Experience in Customer Service jobs, Strong verbal and written communication skills
