Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Role Overview This is a PRN position requiring flexibility to support evaluations and patient care, potentially including weekend hours. The role involves providing skilled occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and execution. Responsibilities Develops and implements individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and appropriate equipment. Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed. Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring proper skill levels and documentation. Perform assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and valid OT license. Preferred: Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Valid Driver's License required. No prior experience necessary, but supervision experience is not required. Skills & Attributes Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and support flexible hours.
