Litigation Counsel

To provide interim support to an in-house litigation team, the full-time contract Litigation Counsel will manage a diverse commercial litigation portfolio, collaborate with business stakeholders, and work closely with outside counsel in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage commercial disputes involving customers, partners, and business integration matters Support active patent litigation matters as they progress toward trial Coordinate strategy and day-to-day activities with outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions Required qualifications 7+ years of litigation experience with a strong U.S. commercial litigation background Experience at both a law firm and an in-house legal department, preferably in enterprise software or technology Experience managing outside counsel and collaborating with multiple stakeholders Excellent judgment and project management skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
