Support Managers, Sr. Managers and Partners in developing client relationships and to gain understanding of businesses. Develop client relationships to become primary client contact on engagements. Identify potential accounting and tax issues for Partner & Client discussion. Create plans and goals to advise clients. Prepare and review complex tax returns and workpapers. Communicate timely changes to federal, state, and local tax regulations. Establish and support best in class practices, procedures, and controls for the Tax Department. Manage and develop staff. Manage client workflow and ensure deadlines are being met.
