Job Title: CT Scan Tech

Shift: Days, 07:00-19:30, Sat-Mon

Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description:

The CT Technologist is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include the performance of basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services. The CT Technologist demonstrates proficiency in diagnostic CT Scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Performance of basic radiographic procedures
• Fluoroscopy and portable radiographic procedures
• C-arm procedures and OR imaging services
• Routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures
• Processing of CT system, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media

Requirements:

• AZ License
• BLS Certification
• 2+ years of experience
• Graduation from an accredited AMA school
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
