* Initiate outreach to potential candidates, introducing them to MLR's job opportunities and gathering their interest

* Arrange meetings for candidates with our recruitment experts for detailed evaluations

* Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture their interest throughout the hiring phases

* Ensure that all interactions are accurately recorded in our applicant tracking system

* Receive commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your efforts
