CLT: Customer Service Representative

Location: Charlotte, NC Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility for earlier mornings when coverage is needed)
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with dispatch
Outbound consultation calls
Customer happiness calls
Answer inbound calls
Customer follow-ups

Secondary Responsibilities (to learn over time)

PermitsJob
Closeouts
Technician communication
