Quick Facts Location: Spokane, WA Start Date: 08/14/2026 Schedule: Inpatient weekend coverage, 1-3 weekends per month Shift Options: Friday 5 PM – Sunday 5 PM Saturday 7 AM – Monday 7 AM Hours per Week: Variable (per shift schedule) Employment Type: Locum/Contract Licensure & Certifications: Active WA license or IMLC, DEA, Board Certified in OB/GYN Experience: Prior OB/GYN inpatient and call experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (rate to be filled out on bid) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide inpatient obstetrics and gynecology care during scheduled weekends Manage emergency and routine OB/GYN cases on-site Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Document clinical findings and treatment plans accurately Assist with patient admissions, deliveries, and postpartum care during shifts Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards What You Need Required: Active Washington medical license or IMLC DEA certification Board certification in OB/GYN At least 1 year of OB/GYN inpatient and call experience Preferred: Previous hospital-based OB/GYN experience Strong clinical judgment and communication skills About the Assignment This position offers long-term weekend coverage at a well-respected hospital in Spokane. You will work 24-hour shifts on-site, providing essential OB/GYN services and emergency care. The schedule allows flexibility while maintaining consistent, ongoing coverage needs.
