Meat Production Hygiene Specialist

Your Impact Keep our protein production running safely by ensuring equipment and work areas meet strict sanitation standards each evening. Core Responsibilities Clean and sanitize equipment used for pork, beef, chicken, and turkey processing. Maintain production areas in clean, orderly condition. Operate or learn pallet handling equipment to move product and packaging materials. Adhere to GMPs, plant safety, sanitation procedures, and company rules. Support additional duties as assigned by a supervisor. Schedule & Work Setting Evening shift: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Onsite role only; remote work is not available. Active job requiring movement and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Qualifications Basic writing and math skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment (or readiness to adapt to one). Dependable and detail-focused approach.
