Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview As an Auto Inside Sales Representative, you’ll provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and show the value that comes with being a GEICO policyholder. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience. Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions. Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities. Requirements Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing experience; 3+ years preferred. Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided). High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Adaptable, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask across platforms. Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation & Incentives Base Salary: $46,345 - $50,999 annually. Performance Incentives: up to an additional $60,000 annually. Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends. Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty).
