Required Degree: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum Qualifications 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance. Type I/Type II or Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling. Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR check. At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Job Duties Maintain and repair Walmart facility refrigeration HVAC equipment using commercial HVAC skills and hand, digital, and power tools. Use the work‑order management system to receive repair work orders, support store associates, and document repair activities. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls. Inspect, operate, or test facility equipment or fixtures to diagnose issues. Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely. Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following Walmart’s HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines. Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work comfortably at heights frequently. Compensation Salary range: $56,160 – $106,080. ($2,000 sign‑on bonus for select locations).
