Branch Manager Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Branch Manager role with a well-established wholesale company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to learn the full ins and outs of branch management while working closely with an experienced leader who's ready to mentor and support the right candidate.
What they're looking for:
- Strong background in the HVAC industry – candidates don't need to be current managers but should have industry knowledge and be eager to learn and grow into a leadership role.
- Fully in-person role managing a small team (3–4 employees across purchasing/counter, warehouse, and drivers)
- Strong relationship-driven personality, with a focus on stability and longevity in the industry
Key responsibilities:
- P&L oversight & daily operations
- Inventory management & sales support
- Ensuring excellent customer service
Compensation & benefits:
$60K+ base salary (DOE) + bonus Full Benefits
