Customer Service Rep Automotive Service Department

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Automotive Service Writer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is eager to contribute to a team that values customer satisfaction and quality service. Automotive knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Service Writer in preparing accurate and timely auto service estimates.
• Receive, organize, and return automotive parts as needed.
• Check in customers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service updates.
• Support general automotive administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, service software a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
