Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Indianapolis. This role involves providing emergency nursing care in a busy Emergency Department with a focus on responding to fluctuating patient volumes and delivering high-quality patient care. The position requires a dedicated professional committed to excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Sunday, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, ALS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification, PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification, a minimum of 2 years of emergency nursing experience, and active practice in emergency care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical thinking skills, ability to adapt to fluctuating patient volumes, and experience in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency environment.
• Additional Information: The role involves working with a 65-bed unit that includes various patient care areas such as Shock, Core, Psych, and Exam. Equipment used includes Alaris Pumps, Phillips Monitors, and Belmont Rapid Infusers. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills aligned with emergency nursing standards and be prepared to work in a team-oriented setting.
