The Carpenter/Laborer plays a vital role in residential construction and renovation projects, working closely with a small team to deliver quality craftsmanship. Reporting to the Foreman, this position involves daily onsite work with occasional travel to various job sites, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform tile work with precision and care
- Install siding, windows, and doors accurately
- Handle drywall installation and finishing tasks
- Collaborate effectively within a small team of 2-5 members
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols on job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of carpentry experience
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Strong physical stamina for demanding work
- Commitment to safety compliance
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management abilities
