Certified Anesthesia Technologist, Cer.A.T.T. - $10k Signing Bonus & Relocation

Job Summary Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.A.T.T.), Full-Time position at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Includes $10,000 signing bonus and relocation available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Demonstrates a working knowledge of hemodynamics as it pertains to invasive line placement. Additional duties may be assigned; the responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position. Technical Capabilities Anesthesiology/Anesthesia Technical Support (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to demonstrate capabilities as Anesthesia Technical Support. Procedures Knowledge (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to demonstrate procedures knowledge in practical applications of moderate difficulty. Medical Terminology & Documentation (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to demonstrate medical terminology and documentation in practical applications of moderate difficulty. Equipment Maintenance (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to maintain equipment, products, or systems in practical applications of moderate difficulty; ensures parts inventory is sufficient. Position Shift FT Evening Shift: 2 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., Monday–Friday. FT Night Shift: 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.; both are available due to departmental growth. Call and holiday rotations required. Sign‑On Bonus Eligibility The sign‑on bonus is not applicable to current VUMC staff or former staff who have worked for VUMC in the past 12 months. Relocation Terms Must relocate from greater than 100 miles. The relocation bonus is not applicable to current VUMC staff or former staff who have worked for VUMC in the past 12 months. Position Qualifications Certified Anesthesia Technologist Certification, Cer.A.T.T., is required. Certifications Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.A.T.) – American Society of Anesthesia Technicians/Technologists (ASATT) Work Experience Relevant Work Experience. Experience Level: less than 1 year. Education High School Diploma or GED.
