- 8+ years of IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
- Experience with Kafka Producers & Consumers
- Knowledge of Kafka Connect and Kafka Streams
- Experience in event-driven / streaming architecture
- Strong Java or Python skills
- Experience with Kafka cluster monitoring & performance tuning
