Senior Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Assistant Store Manager responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Requirements This position works up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age requirement 18. Physical demands require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
