We are driven to innovate with a clear purpose in mind: revolutionize the future of foodservice.As a **Line Lead**, you will guide the daily operations of a production line to ensure products are built safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.In this role, you will support team members, remove obstacles, and drive workflow improvements that strengthen our manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction.**What You’ll Do*** Oversee day-to-day operations on the production lines to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are met while adhering to company policies.* Coordinate work assignments, monitor progress, and adjust staffing or workflow as needed.* Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure consistent performance and skill development.* Conduct daily start‐up checks, verify readiness of equipment and materials, and escalate issues when necessary.* Monitor product quality at each stage of production and partner with Quality teams to resolve deviations.* Track production output, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.* Collaborate with Maintenance to report equipment downtime and support timely problem resolution.* Communicate updates, shift changes, and performance expectations to team members and leadership.* Participate in Kaizen projects driving safety and productivity improvements.* Maintain a clean, organized, audit, and tour ‐ready work environment.**Who You Are*** A proactive leader who creates clarity, provides guidance, and builds confidence within the team.* Someone who adapts easily to change and remains calm and solution‐oriented under pressure.* A strong communicator who can influence others, encourage collaboration, and share information effectively.* A detail-oriented person who takes pride in producing high-quality work and helping others do the same.* A continuous learner eager to improve processes, skills, and the overall team experience.**Skills/Experience We’re Looking For*** Knowledge of basic manufacturing, assembly, or production processes.* Familiarity with safety practices, quality checks, and standard work instructions.* Ability to coach and guide team members with professionalism.* Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making skills in a fast-paced environment.* Comfortable using production documentation, checklists, or digital tools.* Ability to read work instructions and/or basic technical drawings.* Strong communication skills across various teams and shift partners.* Experience identifying process improvements or workflow enhancements.**Required Qualifications*** 3-5 years Line Lead experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.* Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, or coordinate the work of others.* LEAN and Continuous Improvement experience a plus.* Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (e.g., standing, lifting, or manual tasks).* Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, documentation, digital forms).* High school diploma or equivalent.**Benefits**We support your well-being with comprehensive and easy-to-use benefits that you’ll be eligible to enroll in on your first day of employment.
