Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a busy NICU environment
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes
• Educate families and support them through their neonatal journey
• Delegate and supervise tasks to licensed and ancillary staff appropriately
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly

What You Need

• Current Louisiana RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Minimum 2 years of NICU or applicable RN experience

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Certification in clinical specialty area
• Strong organizational, judgment, and interpersonal skills
