Bartender

Bottega Napa Valley is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in Yountville.

At Bottega, hospitality comes first. We are looking for someone who is confident behind the bar, knowledgeable about food and beverage, and genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Is warm, engaging, and comfortable building relationships with guests and members of our community.
• Thrives in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
• Has strong knowledge of spirits, classic and modern cocktails, wine, and food.
• Is organized, efficient, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Understands the importance of teamwork and communication during service.
• Is comfortable using POS systems and learning new programs quickly.
• Is curious, motivated, and eager to continue developing their food and beverage knowledge.
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-prepared bar.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to Bottega standards.
• Complete daily bar prep, including garnishes, juices, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Welcome and take care of guests dining at the bar from beginning to end.
• Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the POS system.
• Ask about allergies and dietary restrictions and communicate them appropriately.
• Guide guests through Bottega’s food and beverage offerings.
• Answer questions about our menu, wine, cocktails, and restaurant.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar throughout service.
• Support the service team and contribute to a positive, professional work environment.
