Job Title: Clinic Director - New launch Clinic - Physical Therapist Department: Operations Reports To: Group Director of Operations FLSA Status: Exempt Clinic Director / Lead Physical Therapist Build a Clinic. Lead a Team. Make Your Mark. We're looking for an entrepreneurial Physical Therapist who wants more than just treating patients. This is an opportunity to launch and lead a new outpatient clinic , build relationships in the community, grow a high-performing team, and shape the future of the practice.

- Deliver exceptional, evidence-based patient care.
- Lead day-to-day clinic operations and mentor your team.
- Build referral relationships with physicians and community partners.
- Drive clinic growth while creating an outstanding patient experience.
- Partner with leadership, marketing, and operations to build a successful clinic.
