Innovation & Improvement: Contribute new ideas to enhance processes, expand market share, and maintain a position of industry leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design.

Strategic, motivated professional with strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently.

Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Valid driver's license with flexibility for regional travel (up to 25%).
