Express Bath is hiring competitive, high-energy phone reps who know how to take control of a conversation and drive results.

This is not a receptionist role. This is not customer service.

Your job is simple: Turn inbound and outbound leads into booked in-home appointments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Speaking with homeowners about bathroom remodeling
• Asking the right questions to qualify the opportunity
• Booking appointments for our design consultants
• Following a proven script (and executing it with confidence)

Compensation:

• Base + performance bonuses
• Top performers are rewarded heavily

Expectations:

• Full time
• Weekly Pay
• Hourly Pay
• Monthly Bonus
• Quarterly Bonus
• 1PM - 8PM
• Monday to Friday with one weekend a month.
• Potential Annual Income: $45,000 - $80,000

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable transportation.
• Team Oriented and Goal Driven.
• Customer Service Experience.
