Job Summary:

Position Title: CNA LTC

Location: Amsterdam, NY 12010

Duration: 13 weeks contract with all possible extension

Shift: Flexible

• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Schedule:

• Flexible Day/Evening shifts
• Double shifts required every Saturday and Sunday
• One additional shift during the week
• Guarantee Hours: 40

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• ssist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Measure and record vital signs , intake/output, and blood glucose levels as required
• Observe patient behavior and report changes in condition to the nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• ssist with patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation using proper body mechanics
• Support nurses with routine patient care tasks as delegated
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies, safety standards, and facility guidelines
• Provide compassionate care while promoting patient dignity and comfort

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience preferred
• Preferred EMR System: EPIC
• Knowledge of basic patient care , vital signs, and ADLs
• bility to observe and report changes in patient condition
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program (preferred)
