DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Content Designer/eLearning Developer - Public Sector in Armonk, NY.Summary:We are seeking an experienced Content Designer/eLearning Developer to support a large-scale public sector digital modernization initiative. This role will focus on developing accessible, engaging training and learning content for adult audiences across digital and instructor-led environments.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development, or Business; Additional qualifying experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis* 3+ years of FTE experience designing, building, and deploying eLearning courses using real-time technology* 2+ years of FTE experience within the last 7 years applying adult learning principles and concepts* 2+ years of FTE experience within the last 7 years applying instructional theories and principles to online and instructor-led learning programs* 2+ years of experience developing training materials for adult audiences, including eLearning content, storyboards, and user guides* 2+ years of experience creating Section 508-accessible content compatible with screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, or similar tools* 2+ years of experience with multimedia and web technologies, including MS Teams, webinar, or similar platforms* 2+ years of experience with lesson and curriculum planning* 2+ years of experience with eLearning authoring and educational technologies, such as Articulate 360, FlexClip, accessibility tools, or similar* 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Cornerstone, Canvas, or similarJob TypeContractCompensation45 - $55
