Make a meaningful impact by supporting students across grades 1-12 as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic elementary school setting. This contract opportunity is available immediately and runs through late May 2027, offering stability and engagement with a diverse student population. Two skilled SLPs are needed to collaborate with educational teams and families, utilizing your training to improve communication, language, and learning outcomes for students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Completion of the Clinical Fellowship (CCC-SLP credential required)
• Active state SLP license and Educator Certification
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Confident in evaluation, therapy planning, and IEP development
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Flexibility to provide services onsite at an elementary campus; virtual considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders for students grade 1-12
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans/goals in alignment with student IEPs
• Collaborate closely with instructional staff and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain timely records and accurate documentation of services provided
• Deliver therapy individually and in small groups, adjusting plans based on student need
• Participate in meetings, contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
