Physical Therapist, PT

Job Responsibilities Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands‑on therapy interventions based on patient needs and clinical best practices. Guide patients through progressive recovery, ensuring care is delivered in an age‑appropriate and compassionate manner. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress, set shared goals, and ensure coordinated care. Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, safety, and long‑term health and wellness. Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants and other team members involved in patient care. Maintain documentation in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act, professional code of ethics, and PAM Health policies and guidelines. Contribute to a positive, encouraging, and patient‑centered care environment. Requirements PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required. One year of clinical experience preferred. Demonstrates expertise in developing individualized treatment plans and providing hands‑on therapy interventions while ensuring compliance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and ethical standards.
