Patient Services & Scheduling Specialist

Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital is seeking a Patient Services Representative responsible for patient registration and support. This role requires a high school diploma and preferably some customer service experience. You will greet patients, verify their information, schedule appointments, and maintain patient confidentiality. In addition to excellent communication skills, a working knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial.
