The Practice

Lakewood Regional Medical Center – Lakewood, California

• STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center.
\n
• 168-bed facility with a wide patient mix due to bordering Orange County and Long Beach.
\n
• Annual volume of 39,000 with an 18% admit rate.
\n
• Sub-specialty backup includes general surgery, ICU, ENT, vascular, ortho, cardio, and nephrology.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
