Jr. Sales Representative

Job Description

The Jr. Sales Representative is a field-driven, client-facing role responsible for supporting the growth and execution of the brand within the wholesale network. Acting as a true brand ambassador, this individual will ensure exceptional brand representation across all points of sale (POS), drive sell-out performance, and elevate client experience through activations, events, and strong partnerships. This role requires extensive travel and a strong balance of commercial acumen and luxury service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Sales Support & Operations

• Support the Wholesale team in executing the commercial strategy and achieving sales targets
\n
• Assist with day-to-day sales operations, administrative tasks, order follow-up, stock monitoring, and replenishment coordination
\n
• Coordinate internal processes related to product launches, stock availability, and sales initiatives
\n
• Ensure optimal product availability and in-store execution across wholesale partners
\n
• Contribute to identifying sales opportunities and improving sell-out performance
\n

Brand Representation & Ambassador Role

\n
• Act as a key brand ambassador, ensuring consistent and premium brand image across all touchpoints
\n
• Uphold brand standards in presentation, merchandising, and client interaction
\n
• Deliver product knowledge and storytelling to retail teams and clients
\n

Client Experience, Activations & Events

\n
• Support and execute in-store and off-site activations, events, and client experiences
\n
• Represent the brand during trunk shows, launches, VIP events, and local marketing initiatives
\n
• Engage directly with end clients to drive sales, brand awareness, and loyalty
\n
• Ensure seamless execution of experiential activities in line with brand guidelines
\n

Wholesale Partner Communication

\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and their retail teams
\n
• Act as a key point of contact for operational and commercial matters on the ground
\n
• Provide regular feedback from the field on product performance, client preferences, and competitive landscape
\n
• Support training and engagement of partner sales staff
\n

Field Presence & POS Visits

\n
• Conduct frequent visits to points of sale to monitor business performance and retail execution
\n
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards
\n
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions
\n
• Maintain a strong presence in key markets through extensive travel
\n

Brand Ambassador Program Management

• Support and manage the brand ambassador program within wholesale partners
\n
• Coordinate ambassador objectives and track performance
\n
• Provide coaching, motivation, and product training to ambassadors
\n
• Monitor effectiveness and ROI of ambassador activities
\n

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
\n
• 3–5 years of experience in wholesale sales, retail, or field roles within luxury, watches, or jewelry
\n
• Proven experience in client engagement, events, and retail execution
\n
