MercyOne is seeking a BE/BC Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to join a well- respected Plastic Surgery practice with a built-in referral network and new consults arriving weekly. We offer a competitive compensation package with a $100,000 sign-on bonus, 2-year income guarantee, paid malpractice and 403(b) Match.

Opportunity Details:
Full Spectrum Practice: Reconstructive, melanoma, Microvascular, Facial Trauma & Cosmetic
Block time in ACS and Hospital OR
APP support in OR/Inpatient/Clinic
Collaborative working relationships with Breast, Neuro, Oncology and Bariatric surgeons
ACPA Designation

MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center is a 550-bed Level II Trauma center that has been faithfully serving the community since 1893 and has a tertiary service area of 1.4 million. Named to the Beckers Healthcare 100 great hospitals in America list Mercy One Des Moines Medical Center offers central Iowas only Gold Seal of Approval and Joint Commission certified Primary Stroke Center. Our closed ICUs include a dedicated Neuro Trauma supported by full time Pulmonary Critical Care and Surgical Critical Care trained Physicians. MercyOne features block scheduling, 3 navigation stations, o-arm, minimally invasive capabilities, and Bi-Plane suite.
