Senior Financial Accountant

Financial Analyst

Prepares and analyzes financial reports, manages budgets, and provides financial advice to management.

Essential Functions:

• Prepares and analyzes financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Develops and implements accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Monitors and reconciles general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions.
• Provides financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
• Manages the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Supervises and trains junior accounting staff, ensuring their work is accurate and completed on time.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, or related field, required.

Skills:

• Extensive training in the design and functionality of the AM and AC modules.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Experience:

One year of general accounting and general ledger experience, required.
