Apartment ConciergeWe are seeking a professional, customer-focused Apartment Concierge to join our team at a luxury apartment community. The Concierge is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, creating a welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and take pride in providing a five-star resident experience, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.Answer phones, respond to resident inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.Manage package deliveries and resident notifications.Monitor building access and visitor logs while maintaining community security procedures.Assist with resident requests and coordinate with property management as needed.Maintain the front desk, lobby, and common areas in a clean and organized manner.Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence.Report maintenance concerns and emergencies to the appropriate personnel.Follow all community policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.Qualifications:Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and email.Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent required.Must be able to pass a background check.Preferred Experience:Apartment or property management experienceReceptionist or administrative assistant experienceExperience with Yardi, Entrata, or other property management software is a plusSchedule:Morning: 7am-3pm Evening: 3pm-11pm Overnight: 11am-7am
