Overview Senior Administrative Support / Project Information Specialist (Non‑Exempt) Location: Arlington, VA. Telecommute: On-site. Position Type: Full time, W-2 employee of Magnus Management Group (40 hrs. a week). Contract length: 5 years. Employer: Magnus Management Group Department: US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Clearance: Secret Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Training & development Minimum Qualifications At least 7 years of administrative management or relevant work experience College degree required in business or information management and/or related All personnel under this contract must meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications: Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases, such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Administrative & Organizational Management — experience in creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff Experience with other administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and/or budget/finance Experience with travel management Information & Records Management — experience in information and records management Technical & IT Proficiency — proficient in the use of a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to innovative and quality customer service Audio‑Visual & Facilities Support — experience providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events such as microphone and monitor connectivity; presentations or visual material access Experience creating and editing audio-visual content such as presentations and videos Experience setting up conference, board, or training rooms Experience with other administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and/or security Task & Problem Management — ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines; ability to identify and resolve complex problems Physical Requirements Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes #J-18808-Ljbffr
