We are seeking Caregivers to become a part of our Alabama Home Care team!
You will provide routine homecare to clients at the client's home or in a care facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status to Care Coordinator/Nurse
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing clients
- Provide individualized homecare such as companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping duties and meal prep.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields of health care
- Positive and client demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to handle physical workload of at least 25lbs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
