Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and insights that will drive business decisions. You will work closely with our team of real estate professionals to provide valuable insights and support in achieving our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize and analyze large datasets from various sources, including internal databases and external platforms

- Develop and maintain data models to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform business decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Create visualizations and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner

- Monitor and maintain data quality to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Experience with statistical analysis and data mining techniques

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

- Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology is a plus
