Dietary Aide

We are looking for a motivated, energetic Personal Care Dietary Aide to join our Healthcare Foodservice team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Personal Care Dietary Aide with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to work as part of our talented dietary team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen.

This is a part time position which will be cross-trained and has the potential to transition into a full time position for the right candidate.

Setting up the Personal Care dining room for meal service, including table setup and restocking the deli cooler and supplies.

Serving lunch and dinner to approximately 50 residents.

Preparing sandwiches and other always-available menu items.

Scooping ice cream and portioning desserts.

Bussing tables, washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing the dining room, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Taking and documenting food temperatures while following all food safety and sanitation standards.

Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our residents.

The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills. Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.

Prior food service experience is preferred. Have excellent communication and organization skills. Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge.

Pay rate starts at $15.00 - $16.00 per hour based upon experience.
