Job Summary
We are seeking a litigation associate for a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will be independent, self-motivated, and capable of managing responsibilities effectively

. Key Responsibilities

Ideal candidate will possess:

· Excellent academic record

· Active California Bar License

· Experience or exposure to civil litigation and/or insurance defense

· Strong work ethic

· Strong advocacy and verbal communication skills

· Excellent research and computer skills

· Strong legal writing skills for written discovery, reporting, and motion preparation

· Experience taking depositions and handle case files

· Desire for court appearances, deposition and trial work

· Professional demeanor, common sense problem solving and can-do attitude
