Job Description

• Oversee all MEP scopes -HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, low-voltage-from design coordination through field installation and turnover.
• Manage subcontractors, engineers, and field teams to ensure execution is aligned with cost, quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
• Lead technical reviews, procurement, and installation on large-scale, mission-critical builds across data center, life sciences, higher-ed, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Coordinate commissioning and closeout with clients, consultants, and trade partners to ensure seamless project handoff.
• Mentor and develop MEP engineers and superintendents, and collaborate with national MEP leadership on best practices.

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of MEP management experience across both preconstruction and field operations
• Strong technical depth in MEP systems, sequencing, and cost engineering
• Ability to lead large teams and communicate effectively with owners, engineers, and trade partners
• Experience on large technical projects (e.g. data center, pharma, healthcare, semiconductor, or similar)
• LEED accreditation preferred; strong familiarity with Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM360, and Smartsheet
